Kari will appear in the next episode of ‘Outcast’ - 2007-09-25
Kari Wuhrer has reportedly been cast to star in the forthcoming episode of "Outcast." Her executive producer Joseph Mallozzi has communicated that Wuhrer will portray Nancy, John Sheppard's former wife, with whom he is reunited during a trip home to Earth.
Kari is waiting for an interesting project to return - 2007-07-31
Kari Wuhrer says she is planning to return to the screen. The actress, wife and mother of two children, has been out of the spot since 2006, spending time with her family. Talking about her work, she recently said, "I just want to do something challenging, interesting and worthwhile. If I have to leave my kids with somebody else, it has to be for a good project, or something interesting. Maybe James will have a good part for me this summer in his independent pilot that he is producing down in Florida."

KARI WUHRER BIOGRAPHY |
|
When Kari was just three years old,
she knew she would pursue show biz! She wanted to be Buffy on
TV's "Family Affair" series. By the time she was 13, Kari was
studying acting and making the rounds of auditions in New York
City. In 1983, She was quickly signed by Ford's Model Talent
Division. Commercials (for Clairol among others) and Off-Broadway
came next and when Kari was 17, she was cast as Virginia
Madsen's best friend in the film "Fire With Fire". In between
her acting roles, Kari attended NYU's Drama Department and
studied with the famed actress/teacher Uta Hagen and at the
Royal Academy of Dramatic Arts in London
